Another way you can go find this out is to get a copy of each school’s current course catalog and see what is available for that semester. The great thing about taking classes at a community school is they often have beginner AND advanced classes. Moreover, you will often find that they offer them at reduced rates for anyone who is interested in taking them.
Ask a friend who speaks Hindi to teach you the basics. A really good way to learn the language adequately is if you know a person from that specific culture who would be willing to teach you. Moreover, you may be able to barter for the lessons. Instead of paying the person to instruct you, you could offer to teach them something that they don’t know about your culture.
Scour the internet to see what is out there. You may or may not already know this but there are a number of classes being given for free on numerous topics that are available for anyone who wants to learn something new. All you have to do to find your subject is to put some keywords into a search engine and see what it brings you. Granted, you may only be able to learn the “basics” of the Hindi language but it’s a start – and it’s free!

Searches may bring up links to courses being taught on how to talk about certain topics in Hindi, how to write the letters of the Hindi alphabet along with many other interesting yet helpful things you may wish to learn.
