What to Look For in Full-Day Day Camp For Your Youngsters
I am certain it was a long, long time back when the idea of sending the kids to summer camp was first invented. I recall going to one or two different camps as a kid, but I didn’t understand it was because school was out and my elders had to work. The places I was sent to were mostly ones where the kids stayed for a couple weeks, not day-camps. My notion of summer camp was that this was a present, something special that I got to do as a reward. What is there to say that we will not give children the same feeling from a day-camp?
There are so many different options it can be tough to choose. Options range all the way from the standard daycare-like outfit where the kids do small more than play, to theme based camps where they can learn talents and use their time truly enjoying their favorite activities.
